DNCL Public API
API Access Guide
The National Do Not Call List (National DNCL) has provided an Application Programming Interface (API) for developers to create applications for consumers to interact with the National DNCL database.
To gain access to the API, developers must register with the DNCL and then accept the Terms and Conditions. Developers will need to follow the steps below:
- Visit the registration page for telemarketers (https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/en/Organization/Register-your-organization))
- When registering, the website asks for the “Telemarketer Identity”. Select “Other”.
- Follow the steps to register your details. If you are not registered with Dun & Bradstreet, you must do that first.
- Email support@lnnte-dncl.gc.ca and provide your RAN, Account Manager Name, and Account Manager Email. In the email write that you are requesting access to the API.
The National DNCL support team will review your account and provide you with an access key for the API. This access key is unique to you and cannot be shared.
